Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will provide essential support for all marketing related activities leading up to and at IC. They will begin by shadowing members of BBYO’s marketing team during the fall and gradually take on more responsibility as IC approaches, culminating in potential onsite marketing support in Baltimore during IC.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will provide support for IC preparation, general marketing support, and assist with preparations for BBYO’s summer recruitment and program launches.

Requirements
- Some work or internship experience in marketing, communications, public relations, media relations, journalism, events, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-through and ability to track details from initial request through completion.
- Ability to anticipate how changes to one project, schedule, or piece of information may affect other people, projects, and communications channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a team and communicating with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work independently, take direction, ask questions, and proactively identify what needs to happen next.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
