Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

You’ll be the second person in BCB’s data function, working directly with the Head of Data & Analytics. You’ll own reports and dbt models end-to-end, from source to dashboard, and help move our reporting onto Omni.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain dbt models and Omni dashboards, take loosely defined requests from business teams, investigate data issues, write tests and documentation, and update and deliver regulatory reports.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Omni
• 2+ years in an analytics/data role within a Modern Data Stack
• Hands-on SQL, dbt, and git
• Meticulous with numbers
• Comfortable using AI to streamline work
• Ability to explain technical data problems to non-technical colleagues
• Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a small team
