Role Overview

What You Will Do

Lead, train, and coach a team of In-Home Sales Consultants, conduct ride-along and in-home consultations, and analyze sales performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful in-home or home improvement sales experience
• 3+ years of sales leadership, training, or management experience
• Proven track record of consistently closing sales and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Experience discussing financing options with homeowners
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• CRM experience and strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads, presentation software, and electronic contract systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed
