Requirements
- Manage all projects on the product & portfolio roadmap
- Work cross-functionally with Digital, Operations, Marketing, Lending Technology, Sales Enablement, and other internal teams
- Serve as the point of contact to external stakeholders who have a role in projects
- Identifies and communicates risks and risk mitigation plans to product leadership
- Manage external vendor partners
- Analyze current member segments and existing product management plans
- Identify and prioritize gaps in campaign strategy and attrition
- Outline key membership journeys and the strategies that serve each journey
- Recommend any changes required to be more competitive for specific types of journeys
