Role Overview
The Finance Manager provides financial leadership and decision support to the Peripheral Intervention US Commercial organization, serving as the primary Finance partner to the VP of US Sales. The role owns Finance business partnership for revenue and gross-profit planning, forecasting, performance management, sales reporting, revenue close, and incentive-compensation oversight.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant finance business partner experience with a focus on planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting required
- 1+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for creating insightful and actionable reporting and analysis
- Ability to go beyond the numbers, discern trends, determine the root cause of variances, and consider the broad business implications in helping identify opportunities and improve performance
- Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures – GAAP/IFRS
- Experience with ERP Systems, budgeting and reporting tools
- Strong ability to communicate well with all levels of management; must be effective in converting data into useful information and communicating that information through concise commentary
- Comfortable communicating remotely (i.e. via telephone, videoconference or web meeting)
