Role Overview
The Finance Business Manager acts as a strategic finance partner to the Advanced Diagnostics business, Canada, providing comprehensive financial leadership and decision support.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, actual reporting, and driving sales performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of events impacting individual P&L line items and the interrelationship between movements of P&L line items.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in the medical device, pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods industries
- 2+ years experience supervising a team, including team development, coaching, and performance management
- University degree with emphasis in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field
- CPA designation
- Solid accounting policies knowledge, including revenue recognition and capital versus operating lease principles
