BDC is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Special Accounts to minimize losses arising from BDC special accounts by evaluating the company’s long-term viability and action plan. The role involves working actively with clients and their business advisors to resolve their difficulties and communicating effectively and openly with them when explaining BDC’s position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- At least five years of relevant experience in finance and commerce
- Professional designation (CPA, CA, CPA CGA, CPA CMA or CIRP)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze risk and apply strong problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s products, services, policies and procedures
- Ability to provide top-quality service to both internal and external clients
- Diplomacy and strong conflict-resolution skills
- Creativity and resourcefulness
- Autonomy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bilingualism may be required
