Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
• Keen interest in entrepreneurship with a solid understanding of a wide variety of business models
• Relevant client-facing experience in commercial banking
• Demonstrated ability in business development, showcasing a systematic and disciplined approach
• Strategic listener, conscious conversationalist, and ability to persuade and influence people from a wide range of roles and backgrounds
