Role Overview

The Financial Analyst, Valuations & Modelling will provide valuation services in various areas, including business valuations, support to investment funds, audit support, and financial instruments. The role involves collaborating with engagement teams, drafting valuation reports, and analyzing company strengths and weaknesses.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will participate in valuation engagements, prepare valuation memos, and analyze company data to determine cash flow risks. The role also involves developing relationships with clients, communicating with the valuation team, and identifying business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an Audit or Valuations/Mergers and Acquisitions practice
• CPA accounting designation is considered an asset
• Must be willing to pursue a CBV designation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
