Digital Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Enablement Manager will work closely with technical and non-technical teams to identify opportunities to improve the way the firm works and help colleagues make the most of digital tools and technologies.

What You Will Do

The role involves driving adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled workflows, and other digital tools, developing and delivering adoption strategies, leading training and enablement activities, managing projects and stakeholders, and identifying capability gaps to shape targeted learning and support.

• Experience leading digital adoption, AI, automation, digital workplace, or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft stack, AI-enabled workflows, and related technologies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence a wide range of audiences
• A data-driven mindset, focused on measuring business value and continuously improving outcomes
