Your Missions

Within the Revenue & Optimization Strategy team, your missions will be as follows:

Pricing & Margin Optimization

• Support Sales teams on pricing issues during calls for proposals
• Construction of pricing grids for new products in collaboration with the Product Marketing team and provision of pricing tools to help commercial teams better price
• Identification and implementation of projects with direct impact on revenue (from business case to implementation, in collaboration with Tech, PMM, Sales, Finance teams) – examples: business opportunity identification, profitability improvement, pricing review

Performance Analysis and Commercial Steering

• Conduct specific and in-depth analyses on CRM data and datawarehouse (SQL) to identify market opportunities, operational inefficiencies and growth levers
• Develop recommendations and action plans, intended for managers, based on these quantitative analyses
• Challenge Sales and Account Management teams on achievement of their objectives, proactively identify performance gaps and contribute to developing action plans to remedy them
• Production of reporting tools via BI tool (Tableau dashboards and Hubspot)

Cross-Functional Project Management

• Pilot operational roadmaps involving multiple teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Ops), clarifying priorities, milestones and everyone’s responsibilities
• Lead strategic initiatives or pilot programs end-to-end; from ideation to scoping, through deployment and result tracking (examples: launch of a new internal tool, redesign of a commercial qualification process, implementation of new management reporting)
• Produce regular communication (status updates, steering committees) on project progress to stakeholders and managers concerned

Profile Sought

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, Business Analytics or consulting, ideally with a first approach to the payments sector
• You master data analysis (SQL, Tableau) and know how to transform raw figures into clear and actionable business recommendations
• You are autonomous and rigorous to lead projects from A to Z, from initial idea to measuring their impact
• You navigate easily in a cross-functional environment and know how to adapt your communication to simplify complex subjects for varied teams (Sales, Product, Finance)
