Digital Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Enablement Manager will work closely with technical and non-technical teams to identify opportunities to improve the way the firm works and help colleagues make the most of digital tools and technologies. The role will focus on turning digital capability, including AI, into practical business value across the firm.

What You Will Do

The Digital Enablement Manager will play a key role in driving adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled workflows, and other digital tools. This hands-on role brings together technology adoption, change, learning, and stakeholder engagement to help teams use digital tools confidently in their everyday work.

Requirements

• Experience leading digital adoption, AI, automation, digital workplace, or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft stack, AI-enabled workflows, and related technologies, alongside an appreciation of governance, risk, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess opportunities and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence a wide range of audiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops, delivering enablement activities, and coaching colleagues to build confidence and capability.
• A collaborative and consultative approach to translate complex technologies into clear business opportunities.
• A data-driven mindset, focused on measuring business value and continuously improving outcomes.
