Role Overview

Contribute to the company’s digital evolution through the management and development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Involved in business requirements analysis, application solution design and implementation, and CRM integration with the company’s main systems.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, manage project activities for the evolution, integration, and improvement of the CRM platform, and collaborate on the integration of CRM with SAP, web platforms, and other company systems.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, experience in developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and good knowledge of the English language.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles at structured companies or consulting firms
• Experience in developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Knowledge of data management processes, data migration, and database management
• Good knowledge of the English language
