Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst supports the FP&A Senior Manager and business partners with reporting, forecasting, and analysis that drive cost and efficiency decisions. This role contributes to operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the logistics organization.

What You Will Do

Deliver actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis to internal stakeholders, prepare financial reports, analyses, and recommendations, and assist in developing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, or related field
• Two years of financial analysis experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, financial reporting, and automated financial/accounting systems
• Experience with database/data cube management and general ledger structures preferred
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality work within tight timeframes
• Adaptability and openness to leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics in financial planning
• Team player with a creative approach and attention to detail
