FP&A Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for BearCom’s Operational Finance organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for helping lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles and delivering executive-level financial insight across multiple business units.

Lead strategic financial planning and decision making for the organization. Deliver meaningful financial insights that improve business performance. Develop scalable reporting and analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another analytical/STEM discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience supporting operational business units and executive leadership required.
• Experience within multi-location, distribution, technology, or security and communications services businesses is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills
• Strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities
• Financial modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variance analysis
• KPI development and reporting
• Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
• SQL and/or Python experience preferred
• Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting systems
