Role Overview
The FP&A Analyst owns Behavox’s core financial model, building and maintaining it, and integrating budgets without owning the cycle. The role exists to change decisions, not report them, and is accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the numbers.
What You Will Do
The analyst will build and maintain the financial model, integrate budgets, and drive business-review reporting. They will also diagnose why metrics are moving and pressure-test assumptions behind every result.
Why It Might Be a Fit
