Role Overview

The role is for a Salesforce Administrator to enhance customer communication strategies by leveraging the Salesforce stack and pushing it to its full potential. The role is 100% on-site in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include configuring and monitoring Data Cloud Data Streams, designing Identity Resolution rulesets, building Calculated Insights, and administering the Salesforce org.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience, including Marketing Cloud operations, and will be able to work 100% on-site in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience
• Journey Builder and Automation Studio expertise
• AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL proficiency
• Flow Builder and Salesforce security model knowledge
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
