Manager, Ad Operations Business Services (Contract)

Role Overview

The Manager, Ad Operations Business Services is responsible for supporting and optimizing core advertising business operations, including master data management, revenue assurance, business application support, and process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include overseeing client profile and product master data, driving discrepancy resolution management and revenue assurance activities, providing business and operational support for IBMS and other advertising applications, and coordinating training and onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bilingual, highly proficient in both verbal and written English and French
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field, and / or 3-5+ years experience in advertising operations, sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related media environment
• Experience managing master data, with a strong focus on data controls, accuracy, and quality assurance
• Demonstrated experience in supporting business applications and operational systems, preferably advertising, media, or order management platforms
• Experience coordinating system implementations, process improvement initiatives, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, access root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives is considered an asset
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate across other business functions
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
