Manager, FP&A

Role Overview

Serve as a key member of the Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems Controls, a member of Knorr Bremse financial planning and analysis team providing analysis to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and support the annual MOP budget process, lead the FP&A team to support budget, financials and reporting, and drive monthly internal financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance in public accounting or manufacturing
• Experience in project management and/or financial management, including managing budgets, preparing estimates at complete and performing variance analysis
• Process improvement experience
• B.A. or B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems or Business Administration required
