Marketing Technology & CRM Strategy Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Technology & CRM Strategy Manager plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s marketing and business development goals by owning the strategy, maintenance, and optimization of the firm’s CRM and marketing technology platforms.

What You Will Do

Owns the CRM platform (Intapp Deal Cloud) end to end – strategy, administration, configuration, enhancements, data architecture, and ongoing optimization – ensuring it effectively supports business development and client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information technology or related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or CRM/database management within professional services; law firm or AmLaw experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Intapp Deal Cloud preferred) and demonstrated ability to manage system administration, data governance, and reporting.
• Proven experience in leveraging data to support business development, client relationship management, and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms a plus.
• Experience with Entegrata a plus.
