Business Development Manager

We exist to create positive change for people and the planet. Join us and make a difference too! As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and building a strong sales pipeline for Compliance Navigator across the medical device sector.

What You Will Do

You’ll focus on identifying and developing opportunities within an agreed target prospect list, quickly building relationships with potential customers and converting opportunities into sales.

• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance customer requirements and wider business needs.
• The ability to listen to customers, understand their needs and ask effective questions to identify appropriate solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to apply new information to current and future opportunities.
• Confidence working with commercial costings and basic calculations, including percentages.
• Proficiency in commonly used software, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate company-specific business systems.
• A commitment to continuously developing your knowledge of the market, customers and products.
• The ability to work in accordance with BSI policies and standards.
