Role Overview

A Senior Manager, Marketing Technology will join the team in Boston to own and evolve a shared marketing technology and data ecosystem supporting multiple businesses within BHSI. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, requiring strong cross-functional leadership, project management, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The Senior Manager will partner with marketing leaders and stakeholders across the business to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and help teams get greater value from our marketing technology and data investments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, marketing data, or a related discipline
• Experience owning and evolving a marketing technology ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with customer data platforms such as Twilio Segment, RudderStack, mParticle, or similar technologies
• Experience with modern customer engagement platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, Insider, or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of customer data, identity, event tracking, segmentation, data quality, and governance
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data pipelines, SQL, tag management, and related technologies
