Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst – Web Analytics & Growth will work in a remote environment, consolidating data from performance campaigns, collecting and organizing CRM data, and monitoring user navigation on the site. The role involves ensuring data quality, integrity, and standardization, building and evolving an integrated digital channel analysis tool, and proposing conversion optimization tests.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst will consolidate data from performance campaigns, collect and organize CRM data, monitor user navigation on the site, and ensure data quality, integrity, and standardization. They will also build and evolve an integrated digital channel analysis tool, propose conversion optimization tests, and design and document digital data collection, treatment, and governance processes.

Requirements
- Knowledge of web analysis, including Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of performance campaign metrics, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation, such as RD Station or equivalent tool.
- Knowledge of data treatment and visualization, advanced spreadsheets, and BI tools and dashboards.
- Knowledge of marketing and growth indicators, such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and average ticket.
- Knowledge of testing and experimentation methodologies, such as A/B tests and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of data queries and manipulation with SQL or equivalent language.
- Knowledge of data integration between platforms and automation of processes.
- Knowledge of design and documentation of data governance processes.
- Experience in conducting alignments and providing analytical support to different areas and audiences.
