Role Overview

Join RTL Group as a Business Development & Strategy Manager to conduct strategic analyses, develop business cases, and collaborate with affiliates to lead cross-country strategic projects. The role requires a university degree in business administration or economics, 2-4 years of experience in Business Development & Strategy, and a strong affinity for media, streaming, and digital business models.

What You Will Do

Conduct strategic analyses, develop business cases, collaborate with affiliates, monitor strategic initiatives, support M&A opportunities, and prepare Executive Committee and board of directors’ materials.

Requirements

• University degree (Master or equivalent) in business administration or economics
• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Business Development & Strategy
• Previous experience or a strong affinity for media, streaming, technology, and digital business models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid project management and execution-oriented skills
• Ability to structure complex strategic questions
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at different levels in an organization
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
• Perfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2)
• Other languages, such as German, are a plus
