Director, Product Marketing

Role Overview

The Director, Product Marketing is responsible for leading a team focused on Relias product and revenue expansion with fundamental work including market and customer understanding, ideal customer profile strategy, positioning and messaging, GTM strategy and execution, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

What You Will Do

Applying market, customer, product knowledge from entire Relias portfolio to direct product marketing’s strategic focus, execute on our product expansion strategy, and maintain differentiated Relias positioning and growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product marketing or other related experience
• 5+ years of leading a product marketing team
• Commercial GTM results delivered leading at a B2B Saas portfolio company
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS product marketing and portfolio strategy
• Demonstrated ability to define ideal customer profiles, market segments, and differentiated positioning and messaging
• Skill in applying market, customer, competitive, and product understanding to product marketing strategy and go-to-market decisions
• Demonstrated ability to assess willingness to pay, product-market fit, and commercial opportunity
• Skill in designing and leading go-to-market strategy and launch execution
• Ability to define, interpret, and act on product and launch performance metrics
• Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation communication skill
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers
• Ability to improve product marketing operations through automation and scalable ways of working
