Marketing Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview

As the Marketing Operations Associate Manager, you will be responsible for effective business-side management and support for key marketing tools, including Workfront. You will partner closely with technical teams, helping to support smooth platform administration and assisting in translating business needs to the tech teams by providing requirements for tool development, test functionality, process, and training.

What You Will Do

Partner collaboratively with tool users and technical partners, acting as the voice of the user by translating operational requirements into platform enhancements and helping shape the future executional roadmap. Assist with user support activities and governance, including questions, issues, and testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Enablement, Project Management, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience working in content management systems/tools or related disciplines
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating documentation, training materials, and process guides
• Proven ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide excellent operational support and governance.
