Role Overview
We are hiring a GTM Engineer to own the systems that find our buyers, reach them, convert them, and keep them. The role involves building and maintaining systems in Clay, n8n, and HubSpot, and working on a backlog of five system projects.
What You Will Do
The GTM Engineer will work on projects such as building a signal machine, overhauling the allbound engine, creating hyper-personalised onboarding sequences, and building a dashboard to show every important area of the business.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has built GTM systems in production, knows Clay and n8n, and has experience with APIs and automation. They should be able to ship working solutions, say ‘I don’t know’ instead of guessing, and be fine with no process or onboarding documentation.
