Growth Hacker

Remote Full TimePortugal (Remote)BettingJobs

Role Overview

The Growth Hacker will open up new routes to player acquisition and own the results from the first idea through to scaled success. Reporting to the Online Director, you’ll find untapped traffic sources, build unconventional partnerships, and run fast experiments that bring in depositing players profitably.

What You Will Do

You’ll research target markets, create acquisition opportunities, design and run tests on offers, ad creative, landing pages, conversion funnels, tracking, and automation. You’ll work with the acquisition, CRM, and product teams to improve the journey from registration to first deposit and track player quality.

Why It Might Be a Fit

It would suit an entrepreneurial, resourceful self-starter who gets moving without waiting for a detailed brief. You’ll deliver measurable impact through new paid traffic sources, attributable FTDs, efficient CPA, and strong retention and net contribution.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of launching a project, acquisition channel, or partnership with concrete results (personal and entrepreneurial projects count)
  • End-to-end ownership experience covering research, outreach, negotiation, technical and commercial implementation, analysis, and optimisation
  • Comfort with performance metrics such as conversion, CPA, player value, and retention
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to work autonomously across different markets
