Role Overview
As a People Operations Manager, you will oversee People Operations across an entire region, with true ownership over the processes, programs, and partnerships that define the employee experience for our EMEA team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Beyond Barcelona office. You will be responsible for building direct relationships with leaders across the business, staying current on EMEA market trends, and providing recommendations and counsel to the business on how to address them. You will also be responsible for building, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures, and ensuring they are followed consistently across the region.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day People Operations processes for the EMEA region, such as employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, system administration, employment law compliance, external partner management, and other core operational work. You will also be responsible for advising on the development, implementation, and iteration of scalable global People programs and regional annual projects that support a world-class employee experience and drive positive employee engagement and retention.

Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in People Operations in the EMEA region
- Experience supporting company goals and delivering on those goals through strategic management of People Operations
- High level of comfort for responsibility across all People Operations tasks for a rapidly growing team
- Experience measuring success for a People Operations team and individual performance
- Demonstrated success in acting as a business partner to leaders within a company
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive employee data across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience managing payroll across multiple locations
- Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
