Senior Partner Manager (Software & Integration Partnerships New Verticals)

Role Overview

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will identify and win relevant software partners, build sustainable business relationships, and develop from them sustainable cooperation models and new growth potential. You will analyze existing processes and develop suitable end-to-end process flows for the integration of our solutions into their software and customer journeys.

What You Will Do

You will coordinate the connection of new partners from the initial conception to the technical implementation and testing to the go-live and hypercare phase, ensure transparency to milestones, dependencies, risks, and open topics, and develop with our partners and Sales and Marketing suitable go-to-market and activation measures.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in partner management, business development, solution consulting, technical account management, or in a comparable role in a B2B software, SaaS, or platform environment
• Experience in building and developing strategic partnerships, ideally with software vendors or technology companies
• A well-developed technical understanding of digital products, APIs, interfaces, and data flows
• Experience in managing integration, implementation, or digital projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• A good understanding of business processes and customer journeys, as well as the ability to analyze, structure, and further develop complex processes with partners
• A well-developed commercial understanding and experience in designing and negotiating cooperation and contracts
• Very good skills in relationship and stakeholder management, as well as the joy of building trustful relationships with commercial and technical experts
• A structured and pragmatic way of working, high self-responsibility, and the ability to create orientation even in a new and developing business environment
• A well-developed communication and moderation ability, as well as the ability to mediate between business, product, and tech with sovereignty
• Entrepreneurial thinking, design willingness, and the willingness to accompany topics from the first idea to successful implementation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
