Role Overview

Join BIC World as an Associate Manager, Business Development, to shape and develop the CDS business start-up in Morocco from its early stages. The role transforms market opportunities for decorated iconic BIC products into sustainable growth and new revenue streams.

What You Will Do

Build the strategic plan for the CDS business in Morocco, identify and develop customers and channels, and strengthen BIC’s market position through differentiated solutions and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of Demonstrated experience in business development, prospecting, strategic planning and sales execution
  • Knowledge and/or experience in decorating techniques is an asset
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English
