Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Las Condes, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a close, timely, and quality attention experience to our corporate clients and their insureds.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include attending inquiries from employees of corporate clients, guiding them on the coverage and benefits of their collective insurance, and managing requests for medical expense reimbursement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need technical training in Business Administration, at least 1 year of experience in customer service, and desirable experience of 2 years in collective insurance, especially in health and dental products.
