SPP Onboarding and Growth Specialist

Role Overview

Join BILL as an SPP Onboarding and Growth Specialist on our Supplier Payments Plus team and take end-to-end ownership of the supplier relationship from day one. The SPP team sits within the Solutions Consulting org and operates at the intersection of implementation, customer success, and revenue growth for some of the largest and most strategically important accounts on the platform.

What You Will Do

Own the full lifecycle of your supplier accounts: onboarding new customers onto SPP, driving activation and adoption, providing ongoing support and retention coverage, and identifying upsell opportunities that expand revenue within the portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working through integrations, remittance file formats, and payment workflow configurations
• Experience driving upsell or expansion revenue within an existing customer portfolio
• Proficiency in Salesforce for account management and documentation; Gainsight experience is a plus
• Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to work across both technical stakeholders and executive or finance-side contacts at large supplier organizations
