Data Scientist (Corporate Intelligence)

Role Overview

We are looking for a data scientist to work in the Corporate Intelligence team, combining business knowledge, solid statistical foundation, practical experience in Machine Learning, analytical capacity, and data domain expertise to transform market information into insights that support strategic decisions.

What You Will Do

Conduct exploratory and advanced statistical analyses, develop, train, validate, implement, and monitor statistical and predictive models, develop and improve data pipelines, features, and analytical processes, and analyze business challenges through data interpretation.

Requirements

• A complete degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Administration, Economics, or related areas
• Experience in data analysis and application of Machine Learning projects to business and Corporate Intelligence problems
• Knowledge in supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning, including feature engineering, model validation, and performance evaluation by statistical metrics
• Experience in Data Science projects applied to business challenges, especially in the areas of Commercial and Market Intelligence, as well as Project Management
• Advanced knowledge in Applied Statistics, including probability, statistical inference, hypothesis testing, regression, and time series
• Domain in Python for data analysis and treatment, SQL, and Cloud Data Platforms
• Ability to integrate different data sources, structure analyses, and transform results into recommendations for the business and communicate complex analyses clearly and objectively to different audiences
