Role Overview

As an AI Business Operations Graduate, you will be part of Biogen’s Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) team in Benelux, embarking on a dynamic 12-month paid program. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and business operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

What You Will Do

Map business processes, and identify ways that they can be redesigned, to maximally leverage AI. Design and test AI agents for the EU18 AI Accelerator, transforming ideas into functional solutions.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as building custom GPTs or automation tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch and French are advantageous.
• Understanding of generative AI applications and their limitations.
• Awareness of data privacy (GDPR) and responsible AI practices.
• Structured working style with strong planning and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across functions and countries.
• Valid permit or right to work in the Netherlands or Belgium.
