Analyzing and optimizing operational processes, driving continuous improvement, automating repetitive manual activities, designing deployable solutions at scale, and measuring impact.

Requirements
- Engineering student or Master’s student
- Strong interest in Lean, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach to solving problems
- Interest in process optimization, digitalization, and automation
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power Query/Power Platform is a plus
- Pragmatic approach and good communication skills
- Very good English level
