Role Overview

Kerry is seeking a results-driven Business Development Director to support and grow our North American business within the FDM space, with a primary focus on the United States and secondary support for Canada. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through new account acquisition.

Key responsibilities include market expansion, partnership development, sales strategy, product promotion, financial management, cross-functional collaboration, and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development, sales, or marketing—ideally in health, wellness, or CPG.
  • Experience working with distribution partners and brokers.
  • Experience in working with Food, Drug and/or Mass customers
  • Existing relationship success with target retailers a plus
  • A proven track record of driving growth and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A ‘hunter’ mindset with a passion for innovation and wellness.
