Salesforce Developer – Protected Category L.68/99

Role Overview

You will be an active part of the growth of our Customer Platforms Team, participating in complex digital transformation projects related to the implementation and/or migration of CRM. You will be involved in the implementation of end-to-end solutions in the Salesforce area, translating business requirements into SFDC functionality.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for configuration, development, and resolution of any issues. You will interface with the functional team to implement the required functionality and will be involved in the testing phase.

Requirements

• Registration on the Protected Categories Lists Art.1 LG 68/99
• General knowledge of programming languages
• Experience in implementing CRM solutions based on Salesforce
• Knowledge of the main product modules, with particular reference to Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community, CPQ, etc.
• Experience in configuring the platform: Object Configuration, Standard layout composition, Workflow design, Process Builder, Approval Process, Validation Rule, etc.
• Platform development activities: Apex classes, VisualForce pages, Lighting Component, Trigger, Web Services, Software versioning and Deployment
• Salesforce certifications, in particular Platform Dev I and II, and possibly also Admin or other (Service, Sales, Community, CPQ, etc.);
• Knowledge of at least one imperative programming language or Object Oriented paradigm such as Java and C# or others
• Disposition to work in a team
