Role Overview
Empowered By Innovation, as a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations and to fix bugs and build new capabilities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include building Salesforce apps from development to support, identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders, analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application, and supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of SFDC development and implementation experience, with a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of SFDC development and implementation experience
- Experience in building Salesforce apps from development to support
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM/PRM applications
- Ability to identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application
- Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities
- Knowledge on APIs and security settings
- Good verbal and written communication skills
