Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Bitpanda, you’ll foster data-driven decision-making by helping product, engineering, operations, finance, and so many more teams collect, analyze, and understand key metrics that drive growth that impacts millions of end users globally.

What You Will Do

Engage and collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations to identify reporting needs and potential improvements. Enable analysts across the whole organization and streamline dashboard creation. Contribute to the ongoing design of our self-service BI visualization platform and core data model to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience with BI Tools (Metabase, Tableau, or similar), SQL, Git, dbt, and Python is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work, learn, and grow across teams and functions. Solid experience with data-modelling (dimensional modelling, OBT, or star/snowflake schemas), data quality frameworks, and data visualization tools.
