Requirements

• proven track record of owning organic search and web growth for a large, complex, or multilingual consumer business
• technical fluency and ability to translate crawl, indexation, site architecture, and performance issues into clear, actionable engineering priorities
• ability to build and scale a disciplined experimentation framework across high-intent user journeys and landing pages
• strategic builder capable of bringing core capabilities in-house and managing specialist agencies selectively
