People Operations Team Leader

Role Overview

We are looking for a People Operations Team Leader to manage a dedicated team of Specialists, collaborate closely with regional HR Business Partners, and drive operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle.

Lead and mentor a distributed team, oversee day-to-day employee lifecycle changes, steer multi-country payroll execution, and provide hands-on hiring/induction support.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in People Operations
• In-depth expertise in Spanish statutory labor regulations, contract types, disciplinary procedures, and compliance standards
• Proven experience managing People Operations across distributed, multi-country European entities
• Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics experience
• Hands-on experience building job-leveling frameworks and salary benchmarking
• Managing equity/phantom share programs, variable bonuses, and Headcount / Cost of Employment (CoE) reporting
• Prior involvement leading or contributing to HRIS implementations/migrations, workflow automations, and operational due diligence or integration for M&A
• Outstanding interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
