Role Overview
Act as BJAK’s on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution in Italy, responsible for building strategic insurer relationships, navigating local market and regulatory dynamics, and executing commercial strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.

Regulatory Leadership & Licensing, Partnership Acquisition & Activation, Pipeline Ownership & Execution, Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure, Revenue Delivery & Partner Performance.

Highly self-driven, proactive, and accountable individual with minimum 5 years of experience in technology, insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
Requirements
- Currently registered in the IVASS RUI, Section B (broker) or Section A (agent), with an active status and a clean regulatory record.
- Meet the IVASS good-repute and professional requirements for appointment as Responsabile, with CPD up to date.
- Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
