People Operations Specialist – Regional

Role Overview

Manage day-to-day HR operations for employees across multiple countries, including payroll, onboarding, and employment requirements.

What You Will Do

Manage monthly payroll operations, coordinate with EOR and HR vendors, maintain accurate employee records, and research employment requirements in new and existing markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, people operations or a related role
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with payroll, EOR providers or international HR vendors is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll, employee data and employment documentation
• Ability to research local employment requirements and turn them into clear processes and documentation
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills and experience working with HR systems
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple countries, vendors and deadlines at the same time
