Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will perform duties such as phone, computer entry, customer assistance, office maintenance, shipping/receiving, warehouse duties, and light assembly. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate a forklift. The representative will coordinate information between operations, sales, and service, and understand customer needs and requirements.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure, and independently seeking out information and training needed to perform responsibilities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years in administrative support or customer service role, and proven inside sales experience. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus.
