We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales results in the residential construction space. As a dynamic leader, you’ll conduct market research, engage with industry experts, and identify high-potential key accounts to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, PowerBi, and Showpad
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility
