Role Overview
Blend is a premier AI services provider seeking a Lead Data Scientist to contribute to its next level of growth and expansion. The role is highly hands-on and focused on leveraging data to support marketing and campaign-related initiatives.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will analyze campaign and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and performance drivers. They will develop and maintain data analyses using Python and SQL to support business and marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Campaign Analytics, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with marketing, campaign, customer, or performance data
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of business and marketing metrics and how to evaluate campaign performance
- Experience translating complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization/BI tools is preferred
- Advanced academic background in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field is preferred
