Role Overview
The Senior Lead, People Operations, AI, & Automation will serve as the architectural brain behind how People Ops is built, automated, and scaled across US and India operations. This person will think in processes, systems, and workflows and bring the technical fluency to translate People Ops requirements into scalable solutions.
What You Will Do
The Senior Lead will conduct a structured assessment of People Ops workflows, design and document operational frameworks, and partner with the Global People Ops Sr Manager to translate the People Ops operating philosophy into concrete, executable build plans.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR technology, or a related operational function
- Proven experience designing and implementing operational infrastructure at scale
- Hands-on experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Strong working knowledge of Workday
- Experience with AI and automation tools applied to HR or operational use cases
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong analytical and systems thinking
