Role Overview

The Product Operations Manager will ensure that the product team can work effectively by building and maintaining systems, processes, and automation. They will be responsible for the living roadmap in Jira, monitoring rhythms, and automating release communication.

The Product Operations Manager will manage and develop the living roadmap in Jira, monitor rhythms, automate release communication, and ensure that signals from support, customer success, and sales are structured to product management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational role around software
• Experience with Jira, Claude, and Posthog is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English
