Sales Operations Analysis Manager

This role leads initiatives to establish a predictable rhythm of business that drives sales behaviors to grow the sales funnel and exceed quarterly targets. It manages forecast processes and provides data-driven analysis to support senior sales management decision making. The role serves as a trusted advisor by leveraging data insights and offering strategic recommendations to improve sales execution. Success is measured by forecast accuracy, pipeline health, sales productivity, and achievement of revenue goals. The work impacts the organization by enhancing sales efficiency and supporting business-to-business sales teams through operational rigor and collaboration.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish predictable business rhythms that drive sales behaviors to exceed quarterly sales targets
• Manage forecast processes to ensure sustained and predictable revenue growth across all sales channels
• Coach sales teams to maintain healthy pipeline coverage and accurate forecast accountability
• Prepare data-driven analyses to inform senior sales management decisions on business health and improvement actions
• Maintain policies and procedures supporting forecasting, opportunity lifecycle management, and account planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify sales challenges and develop operational best practices and solutions
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with forecasting and data analysis, including the interpretation and synthesis of data and experience providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Program or project management experience involving leading and implementing large-scale change management programs with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM technology
